Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所) as the court of first instance.
